Your early access application
We collect your business name, full name, business email, country, business type, number of locations and optional message to consider your application and contact you about early access. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Your marketing preference
Marketing emails have a separate, optional choice which is not selected by default. This is distinct from reading the privacy notice or applying for early access. Your preference, notice version and submission time are recorded.
Storage and access
Applications are stored in the site’s database. The site owner and necessary technical service providers may access the records. We intend to retain applications for as long as needed for early access and remove records that are no longer needed. Data is not used for advertising targeting.
Requests and contact
To correct your information, delete your application or withdraw marketing permission, contact hello@scorpaq.com.
Before public launch
This notice describes the early access site’s current operation. Before public applications open, controller identity and contact details, retention periods, legal bases, service providers and international transfer arrangements will be finalized.
